WorkCulture Lab is a university-based team whose research projects focus on organizational culture and its effects on individuals and workplaces.

Alongside our scientific activities, we aim to offer a warm and accessible space where research meets real-world practice. This website was designed as a place for sharing resources, a media library (scientific articles, video capsules, webinars, and training), as well as a blog featuring plain-language content.

Our goal is to make research-based knowledge understandable, useful, and actionable in order to support reflection, informed action, and well-being within organizations.
